We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our fantastic team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will work alongside one of the most professional Food & Beverage teams in the country and be exposed to a wide range of food styles from our daily changing menu. In your role you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service and supporting your team while on shift.

**Responsibilities**:
You will have an effective presence on the floor, ensuring that all restaurant services are seamlessly delivered and to train our team to meet our world-class fine dining standards. In addition, you will:

- Manage and adapt to individual guest requests and preferences
- Ensure dining areas are prepared to LQA standards prior to each service
- Attend the daily Service briefings, to ensure you are knowledgeable about our daily changing menus
- Train and teach team members on service standards
- Use our POS system, ensuring accurate transactions
- Work alongside the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive service
- Work different shifts covering breakfast and lunch or dinner services
- Make coffees, cocktails and serve other beverages (including wine)
- Provide an exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for delivering a memorable dining experience

What you will bring
In addition to your immaculate presentation, charming smile and positive attitude, you will:

- Have a background in fine dining and wine service is preferred
- Have previous senior level Food and Beverage experience in 5 star properties
- Have excellent wine knowledge and relevant qualifications
- Be able to train and grow a team of mixed skill levels
- Have knowledge and experience with Hospitality Management systems
- Have strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Be a team player who is caring, flexible and respectful
- Be a reliable, honest and engaged with excellent attention to detail
- Have a winning personality, with the ability to surprise and delight
