Wat ga je doen?
Jij bent Support Engineer ben je het visitekaartje van de IT-afdelingen en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw collega's bij IT gerelateerde zaken;
Jij zorgt ervoor dat de eindgebruiker snel weer aan de slag kan;
Je analyseert het probleem en probeert dit op te lossen, lukt dit niet geef je dit door naar de juiste afdeling;
Je denkt actief mee over mogelijkheden om problemen te voorkomen en gebruikers een goede service te bieden;
Uitvoeren van operationele ICT-werkzaamheden en het beheren van werkplekken;
Je registreert alles in een ticketsysteem en biedt ondersteuning bij het oplossen van incidenten;
De problemen komen op verschillende manieren binnen en worden volgens op ITIL gebaseerde procedures aangepakt.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Een afgeronde MBO 3/4 ICT opleiding;
Recente werk– of stage-ervaring;
Bij voorkeur een rijbewijs;
Ervaring met ITIL, Active Directory, Azure, Office, Windows en TOPdesk is een pré;
Je bent een tof persoon, positief ingesteld en klant- en servicegericht;
Vloeiend Nederlands is vereist.
