Het UWV is op zoek naar een Privacy Security Officer 

Heb jij interesse in en ervaring op het vakgebied Informatiebeveiliging & Privacy? Met jouw ervaring en enthousiasme kun je een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de bescherming van bedrijfs- en persoonsgegevens van UWV Werkbedrijf.
Als Coördinator IB&P word je ingezet op de afdeling IV Office en ben je deel van het team Informatie­beveiliging & Privacy van het WERKbedrijf. Je werkt als Coördinator IB&P samen met de andere coördinatoren IB&P, de Business Security Officer en met de collega’s van Rolbeheer.

Als team zorgen we er samen voor dat medewerkers zich bewust zijn van de risico’s van het werken met
(persoons)gegevens en hoe zij veilige manier met deze informatie om kunnen gaan. Je denkt in risico’s en
kansen en weet maatregelen goed te formuleren en onderbouwen. Het zorgvuldig afstemmen met de
diverse stakeholders is een van de essentiële vaardigheden die je dient te bezitten.

Als Coördinator IB&P werk je, in verband met zwangerschapsvervanging, voornamelijk als Privacy Officer. Voornamelijk houd jij je bezig met privacywetgeving (AVG en UAVG), denk aan het begeleiden van
GEB’s (Gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordelingen, ook wel DPIA’s genoemd), het coördineren van het Privacy-netwerk (groep van 50 ambassadeurs), het opzetten en begeleiden van awareness activiteiten en uitvoering geven aan de rechten van betrokkenen.  

Eventueel ben je ook werkzaam op verschillende andere deelgebieden (zoals Logging en Monitoring, autorisatiebeheer, risicomanagement of BIO implementatie).

  • Je toetst het nieuw beleid en standaarden op hun toepasbaarheid;
  • Je stemt af met de juiste partijen binnen de organisatie;
  • Je adviseert, ontwikkelt, implementeert en zorgt voor uitvoering van het beleid;
  • Inventariseert, analyseert, selecteert en prioriteert betreffende risicomanagement;
  • Je adviseert over je vakgebied IB&P;
  • Je rapporteert en doet aanbevelingen.
