TasksYour day will look different every time, but here’s what you’re dealing with:
Website Management:
- oversee the maintenance and optimization of our company website to ensure a seamless user experience and drive conversions.
- Transition the migration from existing sites to new platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and improved functionality.
- Improving our sites to effectively capture leads and increase engagement.
- Maintain our internal communication platform (intranet).
Collaborate:
- collaborate with our third-party marketing agency to manage technical marketing initiatives and ensure they align with business objectives.
- Creating and managing an outbound email marketing campaign strategy using HubSpot.
- Partnering with Sales ensures that all marketing activities spur action and ultimately result in sales conversion.
- Manage and coordinate tasks with the international Upwork team, foster collaboration, and drive results in global markets.
Organization of Podcasts/Events/Webinars:
- Organize and coordinate podcasts, events, and webinars to engage our target audience and establish thought leadership in the industry.
- Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing materials across channels.
SEO Optimization and Google Ads:
- Advising on our visibility in Google.
- Align everything with our SEO strategy; from structuring our websites to creating marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on search traffic and owning the SEO roadmap in our key markets. Staying up-to-date on changes in the Google algorithm as well as content trends will help bring in as much traffic as possible.
- Developing and executing strategic campaigns on Google AdWords to maximize ROI and increase the visibility of our brand.
- You carry out the work independently, putting your acquired knowledge directly into practice.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, technical marketing, and strategic campaign execution
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (written and oral), mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Google AdWords, SEO optimization and content management systems.
- Experience in managing remote agencies and remote teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Affinity with SOC/IT/Cyber
- A salary that matches the knowledge and experience you bring to the table (€4,500-€6,000 gross per month, excl. holiday allowance)

Securance is an IT auditing and advisory office based in Utrecht and London. We advise large multinationals and start-ups on risk management, process improvements and (cyber) security in the field of IT. Based on our progressive vision, our consultants help organizations to grow and excel.
