Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team at the Faculty of Business and Economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various marketing and admission areas of the Faculty's EMBA programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the admission process, database management, website update, marketing content generation, invoices and purchase orders processing, events support, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Faculty.
- Work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally.
Requirements:
- Good Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year's work experience.
- Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA/DBA, or other executive education programmes or work experience in the marketing and admissions as Executive Assistant in education institutions.
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills, a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Mature, meticulous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be a good team player.
- Good marketing skills, or familiarity with social media platforms (including being skilled at using WeChat for promotion) would be highly preferred.
