Hoe jij het verschil maakt Als Technical Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer van windparken, met als doel de assets zo efficiënt, veilig en betrouwbaar mogelijk te laten opereren.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alle technische activiteiten en processen in lijn zijn met de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaarden en wet- en regelgeving.

Je houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse operatie, monitort de prestaties van de assets, en waarborgt de veiligheid op locatie.

Je communiceert proactief met diverse dienstverleners en rapporteert regelmatig aan de klant over de voortgang en resultaten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Het monitoren van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde service en maintenance werkzaamheden; Verantwoordelijk voor de optimale beschikbaarheid en performance van de assets; Het uitvoeren van assetinspecties on site; het adequaat rapporteren hierover en het initiëren van acties indien benodigd; Je stelt plannen en procedures op voor de asset management diensten en implementeert data-systemen zoals Greenbyte en Sweep; Het volgen van het Asset Management Plan en de ISO55000 standaard; Contract – en stakeholdermanagement; Contactpersoon voor OEM, Planning/Maintenance, Operational meetings, permit control.
