Create and manage booking requests for container shipments, ensuring all routing and equipment checks are performed Verify and confirm What do you do on a daily basis? Create and manage booking requests for container shipments, ensuring all routing and equipment checks are performed Verify and confirm freight-related information (quotations, charges, required documentation) Amend and cancel bookings when necessary due to changes in vessel schedules or customer requests Analyze booking data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction Work closely with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales, etc.) to streamline the booking process and meet performance targets Document all necessary updates and actions in relevant systems up to final shipment confirmation Who are you? Minimum of 3–5 years' demonstrable experience in maritime shipping logistics , with a strong focus on the export booking process Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus Effective communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders at various levels Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working with data analytics to improve processes and service levels Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
