CureVac Corporate Services GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of CureVac SE, combines the central functions of the CureVac business group. CureVac is a global biopharmaceutical company in the field of mRNA technology, with more than 20 years of expertise in researching, developing and optimizing the versatile biological molecule for medical purposes. To strengthen our team in Tübingen, Wiesbaden and Amsterdam, we are currently looking to recruit a
Senior Manager (f/m/d) Data Management
Your Responsibilities:
Define, adapt and refine CureVac's data strategy and actionable rollout concept focusing on data governance, data quality, and data integration across CureVac's value chain
Lead the data management team including goal setting, people empowerment and development
Establish and prioritize data governance and data quality initiatives
Define, roll out, and adjust a data quality framework, including standards and processes, to ensure effective operations executed by data domains
Specify central data quality metrics, guidelines, and training materials
Support data domains to define and maintain business rules, thresholds, and actions to ensure targeted levels of data quality
Your Qualifications:
University degree in related field, or an equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in leading and implementing data management in a corporate environment, preferably in the Life Science area
Several years of experience in a similar role, including a leadership role in a data team
Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience with data governance, data quality management, data architecture, and data analytics tools and practices; familiarity with data management technologies and platforms
Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate large volumes of complex information to senior management of various technical understandings
Strong agile project management and communication skills, focusing also on non-technical stakeholders and audiences to guide and inspire
Fluency in English, German is a plus
