Als Guest Relations Manager ben jij hét visitekaartje van Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. Jij bent namelijk verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, analyseren én optimaliseren van de gasttevredenheid. Samen met het Front Office team heb jij overzicht over welke gasten dagelijks aankomen en verwelkomd worden. VIP gasten leg jij graag extra in de watten én jij weet als geen ander hoe je dat aanpakt Jij werkt nauw samen met het Front Office team en uiteraard help jij hen wanneer nodig zodat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Daarnaast houd jij je op dagelijkse basis bezig met het behandelen van reviews. Elke review is van belang, en dat weet jij Door de juiste reacties te plaatsen en vervolgstappen te nemen lukt het jou om de gasten een onvoorwaardelijk verblijf te laten hebben. Zo moeten ze wel terugkomen

  • Je hebt een hospitality gerelateerde opleiding afgerond en bent klaar voor een nieuwe stap (Hotelschool is een mooie pré)
  • Je bent energiek, enthousiast en creatief en weet dit op de juiste manier toe te passen in je werk.
  • Gastvrijheid zit in jouw bloed You won’t take “no” for an answer
  • Je houdt van hard werken en je bent niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, het liefst nog een andere taal.
  • Kennis van Opera PMS? Dat is een mooie pré

APOLLO HOTEL AMSTERDAM, A TRIBUTE PORTFOLIO HOTEL Gelegen aan de Apollolaan in Amsterdam Zuid, met uitzicht op de kruising van vijf grachten, vind je het Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel.
