A brand-new role as Lifestyle Marketing & PR Intern is waiting for you Are you eager to learn all the ins and outs of Marketing a global and growing art-inspired lifestyle hotel brand? We are looking for a creative, fast learner who is especially passionate about all things content, social media, design, the hotel guest journey and restaurants and bars, and is excited to bring their ideas to the table. Of course, being incredibly organized is a plus Are you our new team player? As a Lifestyle Marketing & PR Intern you will receive:

and more… Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • You will be providing ongoing support to the PR & Marketing Manager - art'otel Europe with a particular focus on art'otel Amsterdam and all it entails, as well as supporting with new hotel openings and newly opened hotels across continental Europe, including Croatia, Germany and Italy. Your role will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Ensure all teams are up-to-date on latest city and hotel events, happenings and industry trends
  • Designing & printing of collateral to promote hotels, restaurants, bars, events, or to enhance the guest experience.
  • Content creation for hotels, restaurants, bars, events
  • Support where necessary with management of social media accounts
  • Support with organization of PR visits for hotels, restaurants & bars
  • Website updates for hotels, restaurants and bars
  • Support with logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events & seasonal promotions
  • Support in compiling PR & Marketing reports for stakeholder meetings
  • Support with email marketing campaigns
  • Support with Internal communications to get the business excited about what we are doing
  • Ensure our content drives & online portals are efficiently organized and up to date
  • You will learn & own systems including Upmail, Oaky & Yext to ensure our guests are always up to date too
  • Support in ensuring our 3rd party online listings are up to date
  • Support overall marketing team efforts with ongoing admin support


What we are looking for in you:
  • Someone who is sparky, creative, enthusiastic and not a stranger to the worlds of restaurants, bars & hotels.
  • Currently studying at Bachelor level (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding.
  • This position is only applicable for students who are currently studying and available as March 2024 for a minimum period of 5 months.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) a must, and Dutch an amazing benefit
  • Eager to learn Marketing & bring their creativity to the table. No idea is too crazy for us
  • Experience with Canva, Indesign, Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
  • Ability to prioritise, set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes
  • Hands-on and capable of working independently, plus enjoy working in a team
  • Highly organised and systematic approach to work plus strong in execution and eye for detail
  • Strong analytical skills, whilst staying curious and creative
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • You know what is hot, what is on trend, and what is not
