Get ready to make a real impact in a** certified B Corp **as our new** PR & Influencer Marketing Manager. **This position is available **immediately** in our **HQ in Amsterdam **reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Creative Studio.
**You’ll be**:
- Developing and executing earned media initiatives through storytelling and activations that bring the brand’s mission to life
- Activating brand campaigns and collaborations across earned communications channels
- Overseeing and developing Ace & Tate’s PR agency network
- Curating and nurturing relationships with close friends of the brand across all markets
- Liaising with other Ace & Tate departments to stay updated on new products & features
- Working with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Managing Influencer Marketing and all related tasks, including identifying potential influencers, negotiating collaborations, and tracking performance
- Handling guest management for PR or Influencer events and activations
- Managing external agencies and ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and goals
- Adopting a hands-on approach, thriving as an independent worker while being an effective team player
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of PR and Influencer Marketing campaigns to optimise future initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
**You**:
- Have 5+ years experience driving PR & Partnership for a lifestyle or DTC brand
- Have extensive experience in Influencer Marketing, including establishing and managing relationships with influencers
- Have experience establishing relationships with consumer-focused media titles across Europe
- Have experience working with external parties (both big media titles and up-and-coming artists alike)
- Have a hands-on mentality and are always on the lookout for opportunities
- Live & breathe the PR and Influencer Marketing landscape
- Have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key
- Possess a good network in Amsterdam and ideally also in the UK, Germany, and Belgium, or are well-acquainted with the media landscape in those markets
- Have experience in measuring and analysing the performance of PR and Influencer Marketing campaigns, using insights to inform strategy
