We zijn op zoek naar een energieke stagiaire die onze liefde voor mensen deelt en ons team wil versterken Dit biedt jouw de unieke kans om deel uit te maken van een top HR team waarbij je een breed scala aan HR processen mee krijgt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je komt te werken in een HR team van 3 personen, inclusief jijzelf waarbij je:

  • Samen met het HR team allerlei projecten oppakt. Denk aan het organiseren van onboardingdagen en ontwikkelingsprogramma's om de groei en ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers te stimuleren.
  • HR beleid mede uitstippelt voor de verschillende hotels en portfolio’s.
  • De administratie van het Service Centre in Amsterdam bij houdt.
  • De personeelsdossiers van het Service Centre in Amsterdam bij houdt, waaronder verzuim, en de in en uitdienstregeling.
  • Tot slot fungeren wij als servicepunt voor alle hotels in onze portfolio. Zij vragen, wij antwoorden
  • Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij het gevoel hebt dat je een steentje kunt bijdragen aan onze afdeling. Jij kunt dan ook bijna overal over meedenken en over brainstormen.

Wie zijn wij?

Event Hotels is het service platform waaruit diverse hotelportefeuilles van Event Hotels gemanaged en ondersteund worden. Op het kantoor in Amsterdam Zuid Oost gaat het op dit moment om 23 hotels verdeeld over 3, 4 en 5 sterren en 5 verschillende hotelmerken door heel Nederland en Europa. Daarnaast worden door alle afdelingen diverse services aan de hotels verleend.

Ben jij de perfecte match voor ons team?

  • Een opleiding gerelateerd aan de hotellerie of toerisme of HR, zodat je een solide basis hebt in onze branche.
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Office systemen (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Minimaal 5 maanden beschikbaar voor een leerzame stage;
  • Je bent proactief en erergiek.
