nhow Amsterdam RAI is a new social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolises the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarter and home base.


For this iconic social hub, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Demi Chef de Partie who is ready to take over from the Chef the Parti when he/she is not there. Your culinary creations produce the nhow experiences that our guests are hoping for.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing an assigned kitchen station to ensure consistency of preparation.
  • You are taking over all the responsibilities of the Chef the Parti when he/she is not there.
  • You will report directly to the (Sous) Chef.
  • Prepare dishes according to recipe or own planning,
  • You are responsible for planning your daily tasks,
  • Managing food- and other stock supplements,
  • You oversee compliance with safety regulations,
  • You are responsible for cleaning your own workstation, the kitchen, and working according to HACCP guidelines
