THE POSITION
As a Duty Manager Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
During your internship, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn about the day-to-day operations of a hotel, including managing guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to assist with special projects and events.
The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow in the industry is a must.
