A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Restaurant, Bar as well as overseeing any meeting & events within the hotel. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.

  • You are energetic and hospitable and want to create the ultimate experience for our guest
  • Interested in everthing food and drinks
  • Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager of the hotel
  • 30-70% - you will be the face of our F&B - 70% operational 30% administrational
  • Space for your creativity and being the gamechanger in the market

At the heart of the Parliament Centre of The Hague sitting in a prestigious spot opposite the Royal Palace Noordeinde, working office of our King Willem-Alexander, you will find our Hotel Indigo The Hague – Palace Noordeinde. Our boutique hotel was once occupied by
the Dutch Bank in 1883, and borrows some of these unique elements in its elegant decor. Here we serve the curious – upbeat traveller who wants to know what it is like to live in the local neighbourhood and experience something a little bit different.

What do we need from you?

To succeed as our Food & Beverage Manager, you will need:

  • Food & Beverage and team leadership experience in a property of similar size & standard.
  • Can perform a variety of activities as needed across all food and beverage departments; supervise meeting, wedding or social events and host and supervise a service across all meal periods
  • Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with an understanding on critical issues and potential technology and trends in hotel food and beverage
  • Focus on quality
  • Takes the team on a journey of succes and be the game changer in the F&B space in The Hague
