What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

We zijn op zoek naar een medewerker Guest Relations wie streeft naar het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van onze gasten. Met jouw warme en gastvrije hart behandel je elke gast als een VIP en kun je klachten als geen ander afhandelen.

Je belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Authentic luxury moments creëren voor onze gasten;
  • Antwoorden op en onderzoeken van beoordelingen op alle kanalen;
  • Begeleiden van gasten bij aankomst;
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan de receptie bij drukke in- en uitchecktijden;
  • Voorbereiding, kamer toewijzen, pre-arrival, ontvangst, opvolging, vertrek, post-mail en contactpersoon zijn voor onze VIP-gasten (volledige afhandeling van voorzieningen, welkomst, klachten, enz.).

De ligging van Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam markeert het hart van Amsterdam door het uitzicht op het Koninklijk Paleis en Nationaal monument op de Dam. Het hotel biedt Restaurant The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, het exclusieve restaurant met Michelin-ster in het hotel. Maar ook de bekroonde cocktailbar The Tailor en het modern elegante Grand Café Krasnapolsky.
