What a typical day looks like at Krasnapolsky

We are looking for a Guest Relations team member dedicated to exceeding our guests' expectations. With your warm and hospitable nature, you will treat every guest like a VIP and excel in handling any issues or complaints.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Creating authentic luxury experiences for our guests;
  • Responding to and addressing reviews across all platforms;
  • Assisting guests upon arrival;
  • Supporting the front desk during busy check-in and check-out times;
  • Handling all aspects for our VIP guests from preparation, room allocation, pre-arrival arrangements, welcome, complaints, to post-stay follow-up.
