Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou Functieomschrijving Als application consultant ben je samen met je collega’s van de servicedesk verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van binnengekomen meldingen op basis van de afgesproken SLA (Service Level Agreement). Je ondersteunt samen met je directe collega’s de twee grootste verzuimapplicaties van Nederland. Het doorgronden en nauwkeurig analyseren van klantvragen.
