Lead the setup of a procurement learning journey for the entire department Assignment for 3-5 months About Our Client Our client is a medium-sized company operating in the Manufacturing and Production sector. They are known for their innovative approach and commitment to excellence in their field. Located in South Holland, they focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet industry needs. Job Description In this role as Project Manager a.i. you will be responsible for the following deliverables : Updating skills and competences matrix aligned with the department's new structure Completion of the matrix by all employees, guided by procurement managers with their teams Enhancing gap analysis comparing current skills and competences per role against requirements across procurement processes A complete procurement learning journey, incorporating existing materials and aligning with academy standards, including: Differentiating trainings per level, Supplier identification (internal/external), Training schedule and timing, Training formats (e-learning, in-person, hybrid), Learning objectives and content definition and Certification approach Reviewing and refinement of the learning journey with project team and department colleagues Organization of supplier engagement: requests for proposals, selection, and contracting Alignment on registration methods with the academy team Communication, launch, and implementation of the learning journey, ensuring readiness for immediate start after project completion Responsibilities Develop project plan and timeline Organize resources and assign tasks Establish meeting structure, ways of working, and reporting Assure quality and content of deliverables Monitor progress and manage risks Communicate with stakeholders effectively Ensure proper project closure The Successful Applicant For this role as Project Manager a.i. 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical environment Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary projects Knowledge of procurement and/or learning journeys is an advantage Excellent communication skills in English Results- and people-oriented, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and at the right quality Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to structure complex matters and translate them into practical learning interventions What's on Offer Start date: February 2026 Assignment for 3-5 months 2/3 days per week Hybrid For more information, please send a message to Rebecca Faitanini at +31(0)633002005 Contact: Rebecca Faitanini Quote job ref: JN-122025-6904028
