Located in South Holland, they focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet industry needs.Job DescriptionIn this role as Project Manager a.i. you will be responsible for the following deliverables:Updating skills and competences matrix aligned with the department's new structureCompletion of the matrix by all employees, guided by procurement managers with their teamsEnhancing gap analysis comparing current skills and competences per role against requirements across procurement processesA complete procurement learning journey, incorporating existing materials and aligning with academy standards, including: Differentiating trainings per level, Supplier identification (internal/external), Training schedule and timing, Training formats (e-learning, in-person, hybrid), Learning objectives and content definition and Certification approachReviewing and refinement of the learning journey with project team and department colleaguesOrganization of supplier engagement: requests for proposals, selection, and contractingAlignment on registration methods with the academy teamCommunication, launch, and implementation of the learning journey, ensuring readiness for immediate start after project completionResponsibilitiesDevelop project plan and timelineOrganize resources and assign tasksEstablish meeting structure, ways of working, and reportingAssure quality and content of deliverablesMonitor progress and manage risksCommunicate with stakeholders effectivelyEnsure proper project closureThe Successful ApplicantFor this role as Project Manager a.i.5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical environment xhsqlod Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary projectsKnowledge of procurement and/or learning journeys is an advantageExcellent communication skills in EnglishResults- and people-oriented, delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and at the right qualityStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to structure complex matters and translate them into practical learning interventionsWhat's on OfferStart date: February 2026Assignment for 3-5 months 2/3 days per week HybridFor more information, please send a message to Rebecca Faitanini at Contact: Rebecca FaitaniniQuote job ref: JN-122
