Als Business Controller bij bij Yacht binnen de Rijksoverheid ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor financiële en administratieve zaken voor het Management Team (MT) van één of meerdere directies van bijvoorbeeld de Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) of bijvoorbeeld van een andere toezichthouder of rijksoverheid- onderdeel of - uitvoerder. Je zorgt er als business controller voor dat je goed op de hoogte bent van wat er speelt binnen de directie. Als Business Controller geef je ook actief aanbevelingen om processen, systemen en rapportages te verbeteren en neemt hierin vaak het initiatief. Dit doe je samen met collega’s binnen en buiten het team.
Hierdoor ben je in staat om zowel op verzoek als zonder dat het gevraagd wordt, advies te geven vanuit een financieel-economisch en strategisch oogpunt. Eenmaal in dienst bij Yacht gaan de consultants voor je op zoek naar dé opdracht of opdrachtgever waarin jij het verschil kunt maken als Business Controller Jouw wensen zijn leidend bij het zoeken naar een passende opdracht. Tijdens je start en als professional op opdracht staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Bij Yacht ben je onderdeel van onze community en ontmoet je Yacht collega's geregeld op o.a. onze kantoren en tijdens kennis- en informele events.
Je hebt een afgeronde Bachelor of Masteropleiding in een financiële studierichting (bijvoorbeeld: bedrijfseconomie, accounting, finance en/of control);
Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen Financial- en Business Control;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en bent bij voorkeur ook vaardig in Engels;
Je ontmoet graag nieuwe mensen bij Yacht en opdrachtgevers #netwerken
Werken als Business Controller bij Yacht is een carrière versneller voor jouw loopbaan Een contract van 32, 36, of 38 uur per week;
