What you'll doAs a Template Designer intern, you will help design and optimize our templates for clients. You will be involved in creative onboarding projects and assist in training new customers who use our self-service Template Designer tool. Additionally, you will be a point of contact for customer questions (support) regarding the Template Designer too l. During your internship, you will lea rn: How to build templates for various clie nts.How to guide new clients through the creative onboarding proc ess.How to provide training and answer support questions about our design t ool. What you'll bringDesign experience: You are familiar with and experienced in tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or other design soft ware.Affinity for automation: You enjoy optimizing processes and making them more effic ient.Good communication skills: You enjoy training clients and answering quest ions.Attention to detail: You have a keen eye for design and ensure templates look professi onal.Willingness to learn and grow: You are curious and motivated to develop new skills, both in design and customer trai ning.
