Your role in our team
Lead and inspire a team ofemployees, promoting Decathlon's values
Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during shifts
Handle operational tasks and optimize warehouse processes
Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
Excellent leadership skills and a passion for team development
Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including regular weekend days
Excellent command of the English language
