Your role in our team
- Lead and inspire a team of 10-25 employees, promoting Decathlon's values
- Manage team recruitment, onboarding, planning, contracts, and offboarding
- Coordinate logistics activities as a duty manager for approximately 10 shifts per month
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders during shifts
- Handle operational tasks and optimize warehouse processes
Completed MBO 4 education or equivalent experience in logistics management
- Excellent leadership skills and a passion for team development
- Flexibility to work 38 hours per week, including regular weekend days
- Excellent command of the English language
