We are looking for an Operations Warehouse Manager to support the current Ops team in our growing Distribution centre in Lelystad.
Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance, and the delivery of a world-class service to our customer.
• Drive communication, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the warehouse with a constant focus on reviewing and improving processes.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate Lelystad Platform operation during shifts / areas
• Provide training and assessments to teams. Guarantee the necessary resources for Warehouse Managers
• Coordinate Warehouse Manager teams
Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields
• Min 3 years of experience in Logistics/warehouse knowledge (operations) in automated logistics / distribution centers / warehouse / stockrooms
• Good PC skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook along with knowledge of creating and interrogating spreadsheets and data
• Knowledge of English and Dutch at a professional level
• Knowledge of Spanish is also an advantage
• Planning, conflict analysis and resolution
• A highly motivated team on site with ambitions to grow and improve every single day.
