Logista has a team of highly qualified professionals comprising more than 6,000 direct employees and 15,000 collaborators, focused on offering their clients a service that is both efficient and adapted to their every necessity.The mission:The Warehouse Operations Officer, in collaboration with office colleagues and with a view to coordinating the activities of the warehouse operators, will carry out all functional activities related to warehouse management and orders preparation: stock and orders management, adjustment of storage and picking parameters, daily production follow-up, production optimization.The journey:Management of stock allocation in the warehouse, defining the product location map and monitoring the stock inbound process.Management of stock inventory to maintain physical/accounting stock alignmentManagement of orders preparation flow, including order reception from ERP systems, orders activation, follow up of warehouse operators activities, orders completion for dispatchManagement of production and plant parameters in the Warehouse Management System softwareOptimization of production process, acting for resolution of potential problems arising during the activity, with the aim of complying with expected preparation time schedule and ensuring productivity efficiencyThe specifications:Experience, including short experience, in similar duties in structured logistics warehousesBackground in similar positions in complex organizations and multinational settings or from major Accounting FirmsBachelor's degree with a technical/economic focus, a master's degree is a plusEnglish (advanced)Dutch (desirable)Familiarity with the Office suite in particular with ExcelFamiliarity with SAP and with WMS softwares will be considered a plusJoining Logista means:To be part of a leading company in its sector.To work with the best professionals and market specialists.Betting on technological innovation.Working in an international environment thanks to our presence in six European countries.Continuous learning, growth and professional development. xnkfpon Improving the quality of life thanks to the best benefits.
