Over de functie What You’ll Do As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will: Monitor and manage seasonal orders, deliveries, and payment/refund processes. Update and analyze key reports to support data-driven decision-making. Assist leadership with operational data and sales reports for strategic planning. Identify process optimization opportunities and recommend system improvements. Collaborate with teams to manage bug fixes, feature requests, and operational updates. Contribute to projects that enhance E-commerce efficiency and customer satisfaction. Who You Are You bring 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce operations, ideally in an international setting. You have excellent communication skills in English (written en verbal). You are proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and have experience with ERP systems like SAP. You are a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills. You thrive on efficiency, accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement.
