Wie ben jij

Ben jij een positief ingestelde, klantgerichte communicator met een sterk analytisch vermogen?

Beschik jij over de volgende punten:
  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-opleiding;
  • 3 jaar ervaring in soortgelijke functies;
  • Organisatorisch sterk;
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen;
  • Nauwkeurig;
  • Sterk commercieel instinct;
  • Beheersen van de Engelse taal.
Wat ga je doen

Als Customer Service Officer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je bent bezig met het behandelen van vragen en verzoeken op een professionele en efficiënte manier.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met de volgende taken:
  • Verzorgen van klantbestellingen van A tot Z
  • Het coördineren van het opstellen van registratiedossiers voor de producten
  • Het voorbereiden van verschillende
  • verkooprapportages
  • Organiseren van klantbezoeken
  • Beurzen en promotiemateriaal verzorgen

Je gaat aan de slag bij een leuk bedrijf in Weert. Het bedrijf is goed bereikbaar met de fiets of de auto. Het is een informeel team en er worden regelmatig bedrijfsuitjes georganiseerd.
