Job Description

Are you experienced in the field of customer service and highly motivated to provide excellent service? Are you fulltime available for at least 6 months and looking for a job in the area of Weert? Then we have a great job opportunity for you. For our client, an international company located in Weert, we're looking for a temporary customer service representative Middle-East region. Read the following job description for further information

We have a new position open and looking for a candidate to join the CustomerService Middle-East team as soon as possible.
This willbe a temporarily position for 6 months, We cannot guarantee anything after this period.

You will support the customer service team with mainly administrativetasks like:

  • Follow up on product availability with our planning department
  • Preparing open order books for our customers
  • Preparing shipment announcements for our customers
  • Logging, investigating and solving customer complaints
  • Processing and follow up on return shipments from customers
  • Maintaining the customer service open order report


Job Requirements
  • MBO graduated
  • Available for 40 hours, less is not an option
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or administration is an advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • You like to work with targets and KPI's
  • Good knowledge of the English language. Other languages are an advantage
  • Experienced in working with MS Office, MS Dynamics and Oracle
  • Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
  • You are willing to travel to Weert for work and preferably live in the Weert area.
