Connecting your world Als operational planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van het tactische personele capaciteitsplan naar een operationele planning op maand-, week- en dagniveau voor collega's die werkzaam zijn in de operatie. Afstemming met de vakbekwaamheid coördinatoren over de planning van opleidingen.
De afdeling Personnel Planning & Development maakt onderdeel uit van de Day to Day Operations organisatie en levert strategische, tactische en operationele personeelsplanning op voor de totale 24/7 operatie Schiphol Group. 
 
Deze functie betreft een dagdienstfunctie, waarbij ook een weekend beschikbaarheidsdienst wordt gelopen. Hbo werk- en denkniveau.
De planningen moeten kloppen, je hebt immers de verantwoordelijkheid het rooster vast te stellen voor alle operationele Schiphol collega’s.
Het vermogen om creatieve oplossingen aan te dragen, zodat je de afdelingen snel en goed van advies kan voorzien om bepaalde plannings issues te tackelen. Zo is er een persoonlijk duurzaam inzetbaarheidsbudget, voor onder andere opleiding, coaching, sporten en verlof.
