Als Strategic Data Analyst loop je voorop bij het maken van roadmaps, het definiëren van KPI's en het ontwikkelen van use cases die aansluiten bij onze datamogelijkheden.Hoe je hierin resultaten boekt? Dat bepaal jij. Wij vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar kunt onderscheiden en verbanden kunt leggen. Je zet je talenten in op:

  • KPI's definiëren in de operationele processen in nauwe samenwerking met de business om datagestuurd prestatiebeheer mogelijk te maken.
  • Begrijpen van de business en het potentieel om hun processen te optimaliseren en help bij het formuleren van de meest relevante business- en analysevragen.
  • Workshops en brainstormsessies faciliteren om gegevensstrategie af te stemmen op operationele doelen.
  • Epics, user stories en taken schrijven en ontwikkelaars begeleiden bij het afstemmen van de output op de zakelijke vereisten voor dashboards en rapporten.

Door strategisch gebruik van AI, data en toegepaste datawetenschap identificeert het DnA-team groeikansen en stimuleert het innovatie met nieuwe dataproducten en -diensten voor heel Schiphol. Het team is ook verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van hoge normen voor data governance en kwaliteit, het onderhouden van een gecentraliseerde business intelligence functie en het nauw samenwerken met IT om een toekomstbestendige data-infrastructuur te ontwikkelen.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in data team, with significant involvement in stakeholder management and agile project management.
  •  Hbo-level education in business analytics or in a related field.
  •  Experience in facilitating workshops and developing comprehensive data strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages relevant to data analytics and visualization is a plus, particularly Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas.
  • Dutch and English fluency are required.

  • € 4744 tot € 6582 bruto per maand (Schaal 12).
  • Een 13e maand (eindejaarsuitkering).
  • De mogelijkheid om 4 x 9 uur te werken in een 36-urige werkweek.
