Independent error analysis of incidents at 2nd level
Carrying out administration and maintenance work in our MDM system
Training 1st level support in new products and topics
You have IT-related vocational training and have already gained several years of professional experience
You work just as well independently as in a team and are solution-oriented
Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
