What You'll Do

Lead your kitchen station with seasoned passion and expertise | Play a pivotal role in crafting culinary masterpieces, collaborating seamlessly with the team | Inspire and guide your colleagues, leveraging your seniority | Collaborate closely with the team | Maintain high standards for food quality and safety | Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends | Share your extensive knowledge with the team, fostering growth and excellence | Work directly with Head Chef Jop Schippers.

Who You Are

Highly experienced Chef de Partie, preferably in a brasserie setting | Passionate about culinary excellence and creativity | A dynamic team player with a proven track record | Privately, you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any leftovers into a feast | Quick to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment | Enjoy sharing your great knowledge with colleagues | Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail | Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination | Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends | Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way.

Nice to Have

Passion for luxury hospitality | Experience in training and mentoring junior staff | Knowledge of fine dining and brasserie cuisine.
