Functieomschrijving The Financial Controller will further strengthen and improve the financial control function within the organization. Besides that, he or she will manage the financial control activities and ensure that all accounting requirements for the 7 administrations will be applied. The reporting line is into the Director Finance Control, who reports into the CFRO. Responsibilities: Strengthen the control function within the company. Maintain and improve the IFRS compliancy. Execute and operationally manage the intercompany cost allocation, recharges, and project accounting. Support the monthly and or quarterly reporting. Drive, manage and coordinate the Audit process. Prepare the consolidation of the financial statements. Functie-eisen Master’s degree in relevant field. A solid background in financial control, preferably in a portfolio management related environment. Experience as an auditor, previously working for an audit firm, is a strong plus. Knowledge of IFRS; knowledge about subsidies, grants and governmental financing is a pro. Ability to build-up the financial control function with a tactical view and hands-on approach. Strong capabilities in applying business initiatives into accounting requirements. Ability to understand new environments swiftly and tailor the financial processes. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Arbeidsvoorwaarden An innovative, dynamic working environment. Salary between 85k and 110k per year based on 40 hours A premium free pension plan, NS business card 1st class, laptop and phone.
