As a Data Domain Steward/Data Consultant at Schiphol, you play a vital role in advancing data-driven initiatives towards the vision of an Autonomous Airport, connecting the Netherlands globally. Your expertise in managing metadata, data quality, and analytics within the Data & Analytics department is instrumental. Your tasks include:
- Establishing and enforcing data policies.
- Negotiating and implementing Data Delivery Agreements for data sources.
- Managing metadata and relationships in the Enterprise Data Catalog and Business Vocabulary.
- Monitoring data quality, identifying crucial data elements, and providing solutions for any deviations.
- Overseeing the resolution of data quality issues, coordinating improvement efforts, and developing data management methodologies.
- Leading data awareness and education initiatives.
You've Got This
In this role, you should possess strong analytical, stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills. Additionally, you should have:
- A background in business information management, data governance, or analytics.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant data experience in roles such as data steward or analyst.
- Expertise in data quality, analysis, process management, DQ rules, and tools like Collibra.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Certification in DAMA DMBOK or DCAM, or the willingness to obtain it.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- A competitive salary between €4,743 and €6,581 for 36 hours a week (scale 12), based on your skills and experience.
- An 8.33% fixed year-end allowance.
- Choice between an iPhone 14 or Samsung Galaxy S21.
- Participation in the ABP pension fund.
