Yacht Life Sciences heeft een vacature voor een EHS Specialist voor de unit Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EH&S) van Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden (Nederland).Voor het Environment, Safety & Health-team van een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega op het aandachtsgebied Environmental Permitting en EHS Regulatory Compliance. Het moet een specialist op het gebied van milieuvergunningen en EHS-regelgeving zijn met een kwaliteitsgeest die graag met mensen omgaat, problemen als kansen ziet en energie krijgt van het verbeteren van EHS-processen. Dit om de (milieu/EHS) compliance te borgen op een manier dat de daarmee samenhangende EHS-risico’s en kansen binnen de organisatie onder controle blijven. Als jij het gevoel hebt dat je energie krijgt van EHS en toe bent aan een nieuwe uitdaging, dan is dit je kans Afdeling EHS&S bij Janssen Biologics Leiden: De EHS-afdeling van Janssen Biologics leidt de implementatie van de J&J Worldwide EHS-normen en van de ISO14001- en ISO45001-managementsysteemnormen. Zij werken nauw samen met de J&J EHS-organisatie in Nederland en J&J-organisaties in aanverwante beheer van EHS is een kernverantwoordelijkheid van de gehele Janssen Biologics-organisatie, waar zij, als EHS-afdeling, ondersteunen door een sterke relatie te hebben met de locatie-/ departementale EHS-vertegenwoordigers, eigenaren van managementsysteem-standaarden/ onderwerpexperts en locatiebeheer. Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het EHS-beheer rond milieuvergunningen
  • Projectondersteuning bieden op het gebied van omgevingsvergunningen
  • Onderhouden van contacten en onderhandelen met externe autoriteiten en overheidsinstanties
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het interne overheidsinspectieproces en het coördineren van deze overheidsinspecties
  • Het nalevingsproces van de EHS-regelgeving onderhouden en voortdurend verbeteren
  • Subject Matter Expert op het gebied van EHS-wetgeving
  • EHS Document control specialist, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van het EHS Document Control proces
  • Leid en/of ondersteun de implementatie van zakelijke EHS-normen binnen uw vakgebied (naleving van regelgeving, documentcontrole)
  • Coach/leid teams van EHS-vertegenwoordigers en EHS-standaardeigenaren/MKB-bedrijven binnen uw vakgebied
  • Ondersteun EHS-risicobeoordelingen binnen uw vakgebied
  • Geef EHS-trainingen over EHS-gerelateerde onderwerpen binnen uw vakgebied
Functie-eisen (goed weergeven in motivatie of CV, dit zijn de knock outs):
  • Bachelor of Master in een relevant vakgebied
  • Ervaring met gezondheids- en veiligheidsvergunningen (must have)
  • Ervaring met contacten met overheidspartijen/instanties
  • Ervaring met processen voor EHS-vergunningen en naleving van regelgeving
  • Ervaring met de internationale managementsysteemstandaarden ISO14001 en ISO45001
  • Een aanvullende cursus Veiligheidsmanager niveau 3 (“HVK”) of vergelijkbaar kan aanleiding geven tot een voorkeur
  • Nederlands en Engels in spreken en schrijven
