At PostNL, employees ensure daily that all parcels, letters, and cards reach their correct destinations. Due to the volume of these items, it's essential to sort them carefully. You and your colleagues sort thousands of these mail items daily by street and house number. Then, you bundle the mail and place them in the appropriate bags, organized by delivery route. This ensures that the postal worker can head out immediately, and all mail arrives at the right addresses on time. If you perform well, there's an opportunity for advancement to mail distributor. From this role, you'll have various opportunities for further advancement, such as participating in internal job-related training.
