Job Description:
Coordinating all activities for construction/build of transmission/radio site.
Making sure that the customer's transmission and radio network are built according to specifications.
Bring all information and stakeholders together, understanding the requirements and translating those into deliverables for the teams on site.
Be in control and ensure smooth project delivery processes, being aware of activities in the field and at the subcontractor.
Steering and advising the subcontractor as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the project stream.
Taking care of any clean-ups necessary to accept the delivery of projects.
E2E responsible for guiding the building process, making sure plans are prepared, subcontractor can build, and site can be accepted.
Completed degree or equivalent graduation in Electronics/Telecommunications with good knowledge of civil techniques, electrical installations & certifications, and earthing regulations & certification.
Knowledge of the basic Transmission, Radio Frequency Network skills, and familiar with the Dutch Health & Safety Executive Regulations.
First relevant experience with subcontractor steering, construction processes, and applicable regulations.
Driving license B.
Very good English & Dutch skills.
Set priorities, being flexible, have a helicopter view, and social communication skills.
Act as a team player and motivator, think creatively, and be sometimes critical in a positive way.
