Van positionering van proposities, tot innovatieve campagnes en events, van contentcreatie tot performance-analyse. Nieuwe proposities spotten én slim positioneren – jij weet precies hoe we onze boodschap laten landen bij de juiste doelgroep 
Klantinzichten vertalen naar strategie: jij verbindt data met creatieve ideeën en zorgt ervoor dat onze proposities onweerstaanbaar worden gepresenteerd 
Concept & uitvoering van creatieve marketingcampagnes (e-mail, socials, web) 
HubSpot goeroe: workflows bouwen, mailflows automatiseren, data analyseren 
Webbeheer en content up-to-date houden (ervaring met WordPress is top) 
Creatieve visuals maken (Canva of Adobe? Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in marketing (liefst in B2B) 
Analytisch sterk: je kunt data doorgronden, verbanden leggen en inzichten vertalen naar heldere strategieën 
Zelfstarter: je neemt initiatief in het verzamelen van marktinzichten en het aandragen van nieuwe ideeën 
LinkedIn Ads goeroe, HubSpot-held(in) en creatieve design wizard
Vloeiend in Nederlands én Engels – geschreven en gesproken 
Een team dat denkt, lacht, leert en samenwerkt

We’re not looking for a “just good” marketer. We’re looking for a creative mind with marketing superpowers. Your thinking is data-driven, but you also have an instinctive feel for what works with our target audiences.
You don’t just take charge of our marketing approach – you take us to the next level to make our growth ambitions a reality. From proposition positioning to innovative campaigns and events, from content creation to performance analysis – no day is the same. Translate customer insights into strategy: you connect data with creative ideas and ensure our propositions are presented irresistibly
Conceptualize and execute creative marketing campaigns (email, socials, web)
HubSpot guru: build workflows, automate email flows, analyze data
Manage LinkedIn Ads (targeting, optimization, A/B testing – the full package)
Keep the website and content up to date (experience with WordPress is a plus)
Someone with at least 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B)
Analytically strong: you can interpret data, find connections, and translate insights into clear strategies
A self-starter: you take initiative in gathering market insights and bringing new ideas to the table
A LinkedIn Ads guru, HubSpot hero, and creative design wizard
Fluent in English – both written and spoken, Dutch is a plus The freedom to bring your marketing vision to life
