**Marketing Executive - Benelux & DACH Region**

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experiences (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in The Netherlands. If you have a passion for developing engaging content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and organising impactful events, we want to hear from you

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive with strong communication, organisational, and creative skills. You will support our marketing and sales teams in the Benelux and DACH region, helping to deliver high-quality marketing content, digital campaigns, and regional events that strengthen our brand presence.

**Location**

This role is based at our office in The Hague, The Netherlands, supporting marketing activities across the Benelux and DACH regions.

**Key responsibilities of the role**

Content Creation & Management:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all materials and communications.

Online Marketing & Campaigns:

- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Marketo, reporting insights to the Head of Marketing.
- Experiment with different marketing channels and messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Events & Webinars:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade fairs, customer days, seminars, and webinars.
- Work closely with teams in Germany and The Netherlands to align events with market needs.
- Track event success through lead generation, attendance, and engagement metrics, sharing insights with the sales team.

Local Marketing Support:

- Act as the main point of contact for local marketing requests from the Dutch and German teams.
- Ensure all marketing communications align with local cultural and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Report regularly to the Head of Marketing on project progress, campaign performance, and key insights.
- Work with international marketing colleagues to share best practices and maintain a consistent global strategy.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in brand promotion through content, campaigns, or events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German, Dutch and English
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CMS platforms (WordPress) is a plus.
- Passion for digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.
