Vanuit het kantoor in Utrecht en in samenwerking met diverse magazijnen die verspreid zitten door heel Nederland bedienen zij met succes haar klanten, die afkomstig zijn uit meer dan 90 landen
In Utrecht zitten zij centraal gevestigd op loopafstand van een station, maar hebben ook ruime parkeergelegenheid onder het kantoor.
In deze functie zal je op dagelijkse basis contact hebben met de klanten en logisitieke partners. Het team bestaat uit 12 enthousiaste en bevlogen collega's die je graag verwelkomen als nieuwe aanwinstFunctieomschrijvingAls nieuwe collega op de commerciele binnendienst zal je;
Orders verwerken die vanuit de hele wereld binnenkomen, deze volg je op van invoering tot aan levering;
offertes opstellen voor de klanten en verkopers;
op een professionele wijze de klanten adviseren;
samenwerken met de distributeurs en dealers in meer dan 90 landen;
de verkopers van de buitendienst ondersteunen met verschillende commerciele activiteiten;
betrokken worden bij andere projecten op gebied van marketing en communicatie.
ProfielOnze ideale kandidaat is communicatief sterk, beschikt over een pro-actieve houding en durft initiatief te nemen. Deze persoon is doelgericht ingesteld, sociaal vaardig, heeft gevoel voor humor en beschikt over een echte winnaarsmentaliteit
Hiernaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:
HBO werk- en denkniveau, een diploma is mooi meegenomen maar is geen vereiste;
minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare binnendienstfunctie en/of de hospitality branche;
je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed, indien je daarnaast óók een woordje Frans, Spaans en/of Duits spreekt is dat mooi meegenomen;
je bent collegiaal ingesteld, werkt secuur en klantvriendelijkheid is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
Aanbod
~ Een aantrekkelijk salaris van € - € op basis van 40 uur per week en afhankelijk van jouw ervaring;
