We’re looking for a Customs Broker (Rotterdam) – someone passionate about international trade, accuracy, and smooth customs processes. About the role As a Customs Broker , you’ll coordinate and manage the entire customs process – from order intake and documentation to goods release and clearance. You’ll work within an experienced and supportive team, receiving extensive training in customs legislation and international trade. Key Responsibilities Handle import, export, and transit declarations. Review certificates, solve customs-related incidents, and offer proactive solutions. Ensure accurate and timely financial processing of customs activities. Prepare reports for management, customers, and compliance teams. Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Participate actively in customs improvement projects. What you bring Experience in customs operations (certification is an advantage). Knowledge of local customs authorities and systems is a plus. Strong administrative and communication skills. Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail. Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus. Team-oriented and deadline-driven.
