At Factris we're looking for a Risk Manager to join our team.
Who we areFactris is a dynamic fintech company that offers factoring to small and medium-sized companies in a personal and efficient way. Factris takes over new invoices including accounts receivable management, so that entrepreneurs can focus on growing their business. We are currently active in the Netherlands, Lithuania and Latvia, Poland, Belgium and are rapidly expanding to other European countries. Our offices in the Netherlands are located in Amsterdam and Schiedam. Factris is backed by renowned Venture Capital's and institutional financiers. We have a good relationship with our customers and operate in a market that never stands still. Our aim is to become the market leader in debtor-based financing for SME’s across Europe.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Risk Manager located in Amsterdam, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Risk Manager, you will be a part of the Risk Team Benelux, responsible for analyzing and mitigating risks associated with the company's financing activities.
Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing clients and debtors, credit/insurance limit management of the debtors, monitoring of existing clients, ensuring that Credit Policy and agreed internal processes are respected and applied and helping with ad hoc tasks and reports to support the Risk Team.
Qualifications3+ year experience in risk management and credit analysis
Ability to analyze financial data and make relevant decisions
Knowledge of risk management practices and procedures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team and take quick decisions
Familiarity with financing products and services
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Fluency in English and good level of Dutch
