Head of Product Marketing

We’ve developed or produced games, including War Robots, Hustle Castle, Rush Royale, Left to Survive, Tacticool, Grand Hotel Mania, HAWKED – and many more.
Our team is made up of top-tier gamedev professionals with an internationally distributed team. We work remotely and our hubs are in the Netherlands, Cyprus, Armenia, UAE, Serbia, and Georgia.

What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for the product marketing team )including brand managers and product marketing managers) to drive the successful marketing of individual product groups within MY.GAMES
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives, and regularly monitor progress towards achieving these goals
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, empowering team members to innovate, take ownership of their projects, and strive for excellence in their work
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development, and identifying opportunities for skill enhancement and training as needed
- Serve as a key liaison between the product marketing team and the Head of Marketing, providing regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities, and contributing insights and recommendations to inform overall marketing strategy and decision-making
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans for each product group, leveraging market insights, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to drive product awareness, social media engagement, and conversion to players
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets and campaigns, including branding, messaging, creative content, and promotional activities, to effectively communicate the value proposition of each product to target audiences
- Continuously evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns, analyzing metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact and ROI
About you:
- 5-7 years industry experience
- 3-5 years as a product marketing lead
- Experience in media planning and working with media agencies in this capacity
- Experience with digital media planning, traffic distribution, and evaluating channel efficiency
- Knowledge of increasing media channel efficiency
- Analytical skills
- Experience in consumer research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Insights
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to think outside the box
