Based in the Netherlands, UK, or Belgium, you'll be at the forefront of our Tech scale-up journey, working within an informal and entrepreneurial environment that thrives on innovation._**

We're on the lookout for a savvy marketer to take the reins of our marketing efforts in the UK, EU, and Emerging Markets. As the Head of European Marketing, you'll oversee overall marketing strategies, product management, and product marketing. Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, with a dotted line into the EU Business, you'll collaborate closely with sales, design, and customer service teams to boost growth and engagement in these regions.

**Responsibilities**

**Strategy Development**
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

**Campaign Management**
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including messaging, presentations, and sales materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.

**Team Leadership**
- Manage a global team of marketing professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the marketing team.
- Develop and mentor team members to drive professional growth and development.

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to ensure alignment and support for global marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies to drive collaboration and maximize marketing impact.

**Budget Management**
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Monitor and track marketing spend to optimize ROI and drive cost-effective marketing strategies.

**Product Management / Marketing**
- Lead product management efforts for the UK, EU, and Emerging Markets, including developing and executing product strategies, conducting market research, and defining product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our products in the UK, EU, and Emerging Markets.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.

**What do you need to excel in this role?**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a global marketing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a global context.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work weekends or evenings as needed.
