We launched in 2016 as a marketplace for fonts with a subscription service. In the last 8 years we have been through tremendous growth, and we're just getting started

We have scaled to **40 million+ monthly page views**, over **20 million listed products** and **20000+ active designers**.

Our focus is to create a platform for designers that enables them to offer exceptional high-quality content. We make their products searchable in unique ways. This allows our customers to speed up their workflow, allowing them to focus on what they love most: Creating.

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in **shaping and executing the company's performance marketing strategy.** You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and a deep understanding of our target audience. This is a broad role, with **360 ownership performance channels**. In this position, you will be a key member of Creative Fabrica's **senior management.**

The initial focus will be on **Demand Generation** through the hiring and structuration of a high-performing, ROI-driven team to manage our core acquisition channels. You will also be instrumental in building the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.

A strategic thinker with a bias for action, you know how to balance long-term thinking with rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You believe in marketing strategies that can be measured.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-orientation.
- Define target customer segments and create marketing strategies to reach them.
- Lead efforts to acquire new subscribers through various marketing channels (with a focus on the performance channels).
- Establish key performance indicators, and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.
- Support the launch of Creative Fabrica's new products.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.

**Your Profile**:

- **7+ years experience**:A solid track record in operational marketing across various positions, including 5+ years managing teams.
- **Experience with B2C subscription business**:Having** **successfully driven customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.
- **Budget Management**:Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
- **Marketing Analytics**: Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.
- **Tools**:Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
