Hoofddorp – Het grootste en leukste mediabedrijf van Nederland en België zoekt een HR Services medewerker Heb jij ervaring in het HR vak en vind je het leuk om in de breedte bezig te zijn met de administratieve afhandeling van in-, door-, en uitstroom? Haal jij hiernaast jouw energie uit het zo soepel mogelijk laten verlopen van HR-werkprocessen? Als medewerker HR Services zorg je ervoor dat alle HR werkzaamheden nauwkeurig uitgevoerd worden en daarnaast draag je bij aan het verbeteren van onze HR processen; Je komt terecht in een gezellig en zelfsturend team, bestaande uit 7 gezellige, hardwerkende en enthousiaste collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie voor de uitvoering, het beheer en ondersteuning van de HR administratie en daaraan gerelateerde HR taken en projecten.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle medewerkers die vragen hebben over hun contract, arbeidsvoorwaarden, regelingen, etc. en werkt nauw samen met de HR Business partners en de afdeling HR Payroll;
Je bent samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het werk en de borging hiervan. Jij bent iemand die houdt van een dynamische en snel veranderende werkomgeving en haalt voldoening uit het op orde hebben van de processen en HR administratie. Heb je HBO werk- en denkniveau (een afgeronde HRM opleiding is een pré);
Heb je aantoonbare werkervaring met HR administratie en processen;
Ben je bekend met de toepassing van actuele wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van HR;
Een waanzinnig leuke baan in een hecht team;
Volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden d.m.v. opleidingen, trainingen en certificaten;
Een prachtig nieuw kantoor in Amsterdam (april 2024).
