We are seeking a Reward Specialist to co-design, implement and execute employee compensation and benefits programs within the company, in alignment with our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm, with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting and HR information systems. Reporting directly to the HR Lead Rewards, the Reward Specialist will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Data Analysis: Provide analytical insights to management on pay trends, pay equity, and other reward metrics, make recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits, including wage and hourly pay laws, equal pay regulations, pay transparency and social security and tax regulations. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to budget and forecast compensation-related costs.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
Proven experience in compensation and benefits, data analysis and reporting, preferably in a global/regional environment or consulting firm.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
