De functie:

Als Client Service Director ben je de drijvende kracht achter het succes van onze klanten en het Client Service Management team. Je leidt, coacht en evalueert de Project-en Accountmanagers, waarbij je de verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor zowel financiële als relationele aspecten van alle accounts. Je speelt een cruciale rol in de commerciële ontwikkeling van het team en daarbij ook de ontwikkeling van de bestaande opdrachtgevers.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je leidt en biedt coaching aan het Client Service Management team en ontwikkelt een cultuur van samenwerking.

  • Je bent onderdeel van het managementteam en rapporteert direct aan de directie, verstrekt regelmatig updates en inzichten voor strategische besluitvorming.

  • Je bevordert samenwerking binnen de organisatie, identificeert synergieën en stimuleert een cultuur van teamwork en transparantie om zakelijk potentieel ultiem te benutten.

  • Je beheert financiële aspecten en klantrelaties van alle accounts en bevordert langdurige partnerships.

  • Je identificeert groeikansen met je team en werkt samen met business development en het creatieve team om de omzet te verhogen en bedrijfsdoelstellingen te bereiken.

    Vereiste vaardigheden:

    Soft Skills:

    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Feedback geven en ontvangen.
    • Effectief plannen & organiseren.

      Professionele Skills:

      • Sterke commerciële vaardigheden.
      • Positief leiderschap en gedeelde visie overbrengen.

        Jij:

        • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

        • Bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar, 3 dagen per week minimaal fysiek op kantoor om het team te begeleiden.

        • Hebt ervaring in het omgaan met korte deadlines (social gaat snel) en de wereld van social media.

        • Bent innovatief en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.

        • Hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

        • Hebt minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
