Wat ga jij doen als Head of Rewards?
In deze rol kom je voor complexe uitdagingen te staan, zowel in het total rewards vakgebied als in stakeholder management. Je moet in staat zijn te investeren in goede relaties met de business en zonodig even pas op de plaats te maken om een breed draagvlak te creeren. Zodat je daarna grotere stappen kan maken naar een innovatief, competitief total rewards pakket. We willen als organisatie namelijk onze toptalenten blijven behouden en meer toptalenten aantrekken. Je rapporteert als Head of Reward aan de CHRO en hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
Ontwikkelen en moderniseren van de total rewards visie, strategie, beleid en processen op basis van de strategische doelen van de organisatie en de speerpunten van het people & culture team.
Initiëren en leiden van omvangrijke C&B projecten, waaronder de pensioentransitie, herziening vast en variabel beloningsbeleid, organisatie inrichting en moderniseren van arbeidsvoorwaarden.
Aansturen, inspireren, coachen en ontwikkelen van het total rewards team; met het team eindverantwoordelijk voor dagelijkse advisering, periodieke salaris- en bonusrondes, benchmarks en effectieve implementatie van nieuw beleid.
Actieve bijdrage leveren aan het HR leadership team en adviseren van de CHRO, waaronder voorbereiden, toelichten en ondersteunen bij OR-vergaderingen en onderhandelingen.
Pro-actief stakeholder management met beslissers in de lijn en actieve samenwerking met de collega's van het People & Culture team en de andere centers of expertise; geven van presentaties aan management en collega's bij voorstellen voor of implementatie van gewijzigd beleid, benchmark rapportages etc.
Afsluiten, beheren en (mede-)onderhandelen van SLA's met externe providers als pensioenfonds, verzekeringen, TR adviesbureau's voor benchmarks en job grading.
Up-to-date houden van de eigen vakkennis en trends in de arbeidsmarkt; spotten van kansen en deze vertalen naar voorstellen die aansluiten bij de behoefte van de organisatie.
Het Reward team is onderdeel van het KPMG NL - HR team. In totaal bestaat het HR team uit 100+ man, het Reward team bestaat uit 3 Advisors en 1 Specialist en zoekt een inspirerende, daadkrachtige Head of Reward. Het team kenmerkt zich door gedreven, steady teammembers die graag minimaal 2x per week fysiek op kantoor samenwerken.
Jouw uitdagingen
Total rewards visie, strategie, beleid en processen ontwikkelen of moderniseren
Initiëren en leiden van grote compensation & benefits projecten
Aansturen en doorontwikkelen van het rewards team
CHRO en HR Leadership adviseren, helpen voorbereiden en ondersteunen
Top van organisatie adviseren en overtuigen van (nieuw) beleid en strategie
Dit neem jij mee
WO diploma met minimaal 10 jaar C&B werkervaring, waarvan minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur bij een zakelijke dienstverlener of B-2-B multinational
Aantoonbare ervaring met het (her)ontwerpen en invoeren van innovatief beloningsbeleid, functie- en salarishuis, pensioen en andere benefits, harmoniseren van arbeidsvoorwaarden, job grading en benchmarks
Ruime ervaring in het aansturen en uitvoeren van meerdere projecten/projectteams en adviseren van MT's en directies
Uitstekende stakeholder management skills, advies- en projectmanagement skills, lange termijn visie, analytisch inzicht, resultaatgericht doch flexibel waar nodig
Beheersing van zowel Nederlandse als Engelse taal
Beschikbaarheid van 32-40 uur per week en de bereidheid om minimaal 2 dagen per week op kantoor te werken ivm overleg en teambegeleiding
